How do I return an item?
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibly of the buyer. Returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria for a full refund*:
- The product is still new. Item(s) must be in original packaging without any tags removed. Item(s) cannot be used, scuffed, sharpened, washed, smelling of odor, etc...
- Your item is not a custom item or special order. Custom items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Your item is not an undergarment.
- Your item is not a beverage (PreSk8).
- Packaging is not damaged or missing. No tape, stickers, or shipping labels may be placed on the manufactures box.
- Your item was purchased no more than 30 days of your delivery date.
- If you are item(s) meet the above requirements, please follow the steps below to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Step 1: Please email email@example.com for a RMA. Please include in the body of the email, your order number, full name, item(s) being returned/exchanged, and reason for return/exchange.
Step 2: Wait for a response from Hockey Hobo. Hockey Hobo tries its best to respond within 24 hours.
Step 3: All other Instructions will be provided via email.
Exchange Only: If you purchased a pair of skates over $199, shipping both ways is FREE. Please follow steps listed above, to create a exchange. In the body of the email, please note that you would like a return shipping label. This offer is not combinable with any other offer and/or coupon code (including "email a better price").
* Original Shipping charges are non refundable. If shipping on the order was free, $12.99 will be deducted to cover the original shipping charges. All authorized returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
All returns and exchanges will be given in form of a store credit.
There will be no refunds to credit cards or PayPal accounts, only store credits will be issued.
